conny [at] gaffaa [dot] net
Conny Zenk – visual composer and media artist based in Vienna and Shanghai;
focusing on collaborations with performers, dancers, architects, musicians and others to improvise and generate outputs of granular flickering, lines, dust and strobes.
Since 2010 she is working with the performance group “system_m”; in 2009 she co-founded the lab for abstract juggling interaction “ffid” and toured in Russia and Europe; before that she was playing as a vj in a collective named “wemakevisuals” – played every weekend in a different location all around Vienna and travelled with projectors and soundsystem in Eastern Europe. Since 2009 she is video-journalist and blogging at the media art network “tagr.tv”. Since 2010 she is member of the Vj-Label “sound:frame”.
